In order for us to carry out your request and fulfil your order, you must provide me with particular details such as name and address, email address, payment details and product details.
We collect, use and share your information for many reasons including:
♡ As needed to fulfil orders, settle disputes or provide a high standard of customer support
♡ As required for our own legitimate interests, which are always in compliance with your rights and interests, such as improving the service we provide
♡ In order to comply with legal obligations or in connection to a legal claim
♡ Retaining purchase information may be required to comply with tax law
Info Sharing Disclosure
We handle your info with the upmost care and diligence. We may have to share that information in limited scenarios including:
♡ with service providers or those that provide 3rd party functions such as delivery companies and only on the basis that this information is require to service your request.
♡ in compliance with laws and regulations. We may collect, retain, use or share your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to a) enforce terms and conditions b) respond to legal/ government requests c) protect the rights, saftey or property of both our customers and others.

Open Boxes
♡ Payment is required with each order
♡ Shipping for orders which have been part of an open box are £4.90 and can be up to 3kg
♡ Boxes will stay open for a maximum of 3 months, we do not have the space for any longer. If failed to close within the 3 month time frame, we will send a reminder. If still not closed, we will send another 3 days later. If not closed after 7 days, your order will be cancelled and the items added back to our stock with no exceptions and a refund given. This does not affect your consumer rights.
♡ WhippedWix is not responsible for any aesthetic changes to products which occur while we are storing them. Due to the vibrant colours used in our products ,particularly candles, are prone to frost or bleed into others. This is a natural process which we cant prevent. We recommend adding candles to your box just before you close it. No refunds/ exchanges will be given for products that n have frosted/ bled.
